Shri Maha Laxmi Education Society is a dedicated organisation committed to empowering youth through skill-based education. Established with the vision to create a self-reliant and skilled society, SMLES focuses on providing practical, industry-relevant training that enhances employability and promotes financial independence. It works closely with government initiatives to deliver impactful learning experiences, especially in rural and underserved communities. Through expert guidance, hands-on learning, and a mission-driven approach, SMLES continues to transform lives and contribute to the nation’s development by building a strong, skilled workforce.

Shri Maha Laxmi Education Society (SMLES) was founded in 2007 with the main goal of working for the social development, awareness, education, and integration of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities in India.

Our priority is to develop House of Stablity in rular areas of our country. Through our program, young people from across the country have access to a peaceful environment and receive training and support in finding and keeping a job; develop work-type habits; management of household and personal finances, application of adequate personal health care, social skills and skills for creating long-term positive relationships;

SMLES Edutech Solution is an initiative of Shri Maha Laxmi Education Society, established to support students and youth in shaping successful careers. We specialize in offering career counselling, skill development guidance, and 100% placement support to help individuals achieve their professional goals. Our expert team of consultants and trainers works closely with students to understand their interests and strengths, providing tailored advice and resources. We are committed to bridging the gap between education and employment by equipping learners with the right direction, confidence, and practical tools.
